This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be read as an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and shall have binding contractual force upon the User.
Non-refundable on commencement
All payments made to the Company are non-refundable upon commencement of service, which shall include any preparatory, planning, procurement, staffing, logistical, or execution-related activity undertaken by the Company.
When refunds may be considered
Refunds, if any, shall be granted solely at the discretion of the Company and only in cases where no service initiation has occurred.
No refund shall be entertained on grounds of change of mind, modification of requirements, reduction in scope, cancellation of event, or dissatisfaction after service commencement.
Processing time
Where a refund is approved by the Company, the same shall be processed within a period of seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval and shall be credited to the original mode of payment only.
The Company shall not be liable for any delays in refund caused due to banking channels, payment infrastructure, or third-party service providers.
Tax adjustments
Any tax component forming part of the refunded amount shall be adjusted strictly in accordance with applicable Goods and Services Tax laws and regulations.
